Marloes Knippenberg, CEO of Kerten Hospitality is seen participating in a panel discussion that dwelled on the topic of “How to design and invest in the New All Day Dining” held as part of the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference held in Ras Al Khaimah (April 9-11). During the forum, Knippenberg shared her view on the futuristic developments ahead of the F&B industry stressing that many challenges that the industry has been facing could become opportunities.
