How do you create a sustainable real estate product?

Invest Gate’s recent panel Urban Development & Sustainability gathered Kerten Hospitality’s visionary owners Tatweer Misr who are the largest real estate developers in Egypt, tech and innovation drivers Scheider Electiric and Orange and Kerten Hospitality’s leadership who all agreed that NextGen smart sustainable cities centred around ESG, health and wellness and socio-economic growth are going to be the future’s mainstream developments.

Marloes Knippenberg, Kerten Hospitality’s CEO, stressed on the need for ESG commitments, collaborations for impact and greater engagement of the young generation across multiple industry sectors. Curating destinations that focus on sustainability, community-centrism, inclusivity and social well-being are at the heart of Kerten Hospitality’s ESG strategy.

The event took place in The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization on June 1st hosting a panel of real estate sector tycoons who highlighted the importance of green development, appropriate use of spaces and modifying business strategies.
