Kerten Hospitality – Developers Event 2018

On Monday, October 22nd, Kerten Group held an event at The House Hotel Karaköy, Istanbul, attended by more than 40 developers and the entire international team of Kerten Hospitality to discuss the latest news and developments from The House Hotel, Cloud7, and Ouspace brands.

While The House Hotel will debut in the Middle East with its Jeddah and Kuwait properties, Ouspace is looking at a Dubai opening in 2019, along with seven agreed Ouspace venues in Saudi Arabia on the cards. The upcoming dual projects in Egypt’s Fouka Bay and Il Monte Galala were also revealed – these will include a mix of The House Hotel, Cloud7 and F&B venues, which highlights the ability of Kerten Hospitality to mix and match its brands to deliver high returns for developers.

Kerten Hospitality CEO Marloes Knippenberg reiterated during her welcome speech that the company’s aim is to become the number one boutique mixed-use operator in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean regions.
