Cloud 7 Hotel Rome is set to open in the heart of Italy’s capital following a complete redevelopment of a multigenerational building located between via del Corso and via di Pietra, exactly in the middle of the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon.
Built in the early 20th century, the building – which over the years has also housed Banco di Roma and embassies – is preparing to enter a new phase of its history. The goal is to develop a fully-sustainable and lifestyle boutique hotel in the city center, that will not only respect the environment and the historical context, but will also focus on reduction of water and energy consumption.
