Kerten Hospitality’s Executive Chef Jaume Puigdengolas Rey has been listed in the Power 50 List for Executive Chefs in the Middle East.
He is not your typical chef. Not only does he work in the kitchens for the group, he also develops, steers and organises all facets of its culinary division. Apart from his dedication to fresh produce, he is an avid mentor within the firm. He has been changing menus in Kerten Hospitality’s hotel’s outlets, mentoring teams in Georgia, hosting workshops in Spain for students with special needs, and has hosted workshops in KSA and the UAE.
