Kerten Hospitality’s Theo Bortoluzzi to speak at IHIF

The International Hospitality Investment Forum is hosting Adjacent Spaces – its think-tank for hospitality innovators and game-changer during the Forum in Berlin in May. Adjacent Spaces will explore investment beyond the hotel room, discussing the opportunities presented to the industry by adjacent concepts such as co-living, co-working, student accommodation, serviced apartments and senior living.

Attendees ranging from alternative hospitality brands, investors and brokers to consultants, designers and architects will be invited to exchange ideas, share their knowledge and help shape the future of the sector. Kerten Hospitality’s Business development Lead Theo Bortoluzzi is one of the speakers at the forum alongside a lineup of trailblazers.
