The Kerten Hospitality family celebrates our young talent Theo Bortoluzzi who is in @Hoteliermiddleeast 30Under30 listing of the most talented hoteliers.

A student at Les Roches Marbella Global Hospitality School, Theo has been the rising star of our award-winning remote Internship programme we launched last year to support students meet their graduation requirements. Today, he OWNs his projects, leads a team and helps support our growth.

Empowerment of the young future leadership, in a meaningful way, is a key part of our ethos. So are #Mentorship of the young generation #GenZ, #Sustainability, #Innovation, #HumanCapitalDevelopment and# ESG-focused initiatives.

We are passionate about building communities through partnerships with global best-in-class organisations focused on these pillars. As we moving fast towards our footprint expansion with multiple openings in #KSA, #Egypt, #Georgia, #Kuwait and #Jordan, we look forward to create MORE impact jointly with our partners in this space – Women in Hospitality Global and the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge.
